RubyLane advice

  • January 13, 2017 1:19 AM EST

Hi. I've had a shop on Etsy for a few years now and often consider moving to RubyLane. Today, I checked out their pricing and it wasn't clear what the costs actually are. Can someone who sells on RubyLane make more sense of it for me (simple is fine).

On their website, it says $69 a month. $0.19 per listing imaging charge, and $0.30 a listing..., but they made it sound as if you get charged for each listing every month. Is that right? I'd like to have a better idea of the actual costs. Is it $69 a month, plus another $80 or so in miscilaneous charges??? How much does it actually cost????

You pay 69.00 a month for 80 items.  From the 81st through 150 you get charged another .30cents per item over the 80th which is added on to the 69.00.

Thanks. Sounds quite a bit more expensive than Etsy. I average around $50 to $70 a month in fees on Etsy. So far it doesn't sound worthwhile, unless their traffic is better in some way
